Paul Hilbert’s career began as a project manager for nationwide build-outs of data centers for an enterprise telecommunications carrier catering to the financial sector. Paul later managed new technology initiatives for the Security Industry Association (SIA) and, in the wake of 9/11, consulted for Verizon to reroute telecom and data traffic around the impacted West Street central office.
